February 8, 2007 Monthly Meeting

Harford County Public Library, Bel Air Branch, Meeting Room 1, 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Local Pro-Life Workers and Leaders

HCRTL President Bob Brown introduced himself and HCRTL Vice President (and chapter co-founder) Leigh Heller.  Bob talked about his first sixteen months as HCRTL President, and he spoke about future plans for HCRTL, including events and meetings.

Each of the following people spoke for 5 - 10 minutes about their organizations or ministries.

  • Cathy McLeod:  Legislative and Outreach Director for Maryland Right to Life
  • John Eubank:  18-year-old Co-Founder and Co-President of Towson ProLife, a student pro-life group at Towson University
  • Carol Maglov:  Director of Birthright CPC in Bel Air, MD
  • Karen Wilson:  Director of Alpha's Glory CPC in Aberdeen, MD
  • Greg Johnson:  Co-Founder along with Bob Brown and Jim Sterling of the Monday night pro-life prayer service that meets at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church in Bel Air, MD
  • Tony M.:  Leader of a group of protestors at the Whole Women's Health Clinic (a.k.a. Beltway Plaza Abortatorium) on the third Saturday of each month.
  • Keith H.:  16-year-old leader of a group that prays and does sidewalk counseling at the Planned Parenthood abortion clinic at 330 North Howard Street in Baltimore
  • Jean Murphy:  Member of the St. Ignatius Respect Life Committee
